# TempSnap (StampSwipe) Privacy Policy
**The short version:** Everything happens on your device.
We don't have a server. We don't have ads. We don't have your photos.
The only thing that ever leaves your device is anonymous feedback you choose to
send, which goes to Apple's iCloud — not to us.

## 1. Data Collection & Use
- **Photo library access** — We only access photos, videos, and screenshots you actively let us manage.
- **Local processing only** — All operations (filing into albums, stamping, trash queue) happen on your device.
- **No cloud storage** — We never upload any of your photos or videos to any server.
- **Local cache** — To speed up app startup, we cache local identifiers (IDs only, no photo content) of classified assets on-device.
## 2. No Ads, No Tracking
As of version 2.1.0, TempSnap contains **no advertising SDKs and no tracking SDKs**. We removed Google AdMob entirely.
- We do not collect device identifiers (IDFA / IDFV) for advertising.
- We do not share data with any third-party advertising network.
- We do not use analytics SDKs that track you across apps and websites.
## 3. Changes to Your Photo Library
- On first launch, with your permission, we create a "Default" album in the system Photos app for quick filing.
- We add or remove photos from your albums only based on your explicit stamping or swiping actions.
- Photos you mark for deletion first enter an in-app trash queue. They move to iOS "Recently Deleted" only after you explicitly empty the trash, where you still have 30 days to recover them.
- TempSnap itself never performs irreversible deletion.
## 4. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases
- All purchases are processed by Apple via App Store and StoreKit.
- We only store subscription status (yes/no) locally to know whether to show the paywall. We do not see your payment information.
- If you start a free trial, we schedule a local reminder notification before the trial ends. **This reminder is generated on your device — no data leaves your phone.**
## 5. Notifications
- **In-app banner reminder** — appears inside the app during the last 24h of a trial. This works without notification permission.
- to let you know when new screenshots are detected.
- You can disable notifications anytime in iOS Settings.
## 6. Permissions Requested
- **Photo Library (read & write)** — required to view, organize, and move photos between albums.
- **Notifications** — optional, used only for trial-end reminders and new-screenshot alerts.
## 7. Data Sharing
- We do not share or sell your data with any third party.
- Your photos remain on your device and in your own iCloud account (managed by Apple Photos), never on our servers.
## 8. Feedback Channel
If you submit feedback through Settings → Feedback:
- Your message and optional screenshots are sent through **Apple's iCloud Public Database**, not to our private servers.
- We do not collect personal information, and the submission is not linked to your Apple ID.
- Auto-attached metadata includes only: app version, build number, device model, iOS version, timestamp.
## 9. Your Rights
- You can revoke app permissions anytime in iOS Settings.
- Uninstalling the app deletes all local data. Note: the "Default" album we created on first launch will remain in your system Photos — please remove it manually if desired.
## 10. Children's Privacy
TempSnap is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.
## 11. Policy Updates
- This policy may be updated periodically.
- Significant changes will be announced via App Store update notes.

# 盖章相册(TempSnap)隐私政策

- **本地缓存**:为加快启动,我们会在设备本地缓存已分类照片的系统标识符(仅 ID,不含任何照片内容)。
## 2. 无广告,无追踪
自 2.1.0 版本起,TempSnap 已经**移除所有广告 SDK 和追踪 SDK**。Google AdMob 已被完全删除。
- 我们不再收集广告相关的设备标识符(IDFA / IDFV)。
- 我们不与任何第三方广告网络共享数据。
- 我们不使用任何跨应用追踪你的分析 SDK。
## 3. 对相册的修改
- 首次启动时,经您授权后,我们会在系统「照片」中创建一个「默认」相册,用于快速归档。
- 我们会根据您的明确盖章 / 滑动操作,向用户相册添加或移除照片。
- 被标记删除的照片先进入 App 内部的垃圾箱队列;仅在您明确确认倾倒后,才移至 iOS「最近删除」,30 天内仍可恢复。
- App 本身不会执行任何不可逆的删除。
## 4. 订阅与应用内购买
- 所有购买行为由 Apple 通过 App Store 和 StoreKit 处理。
- 我们仅在本地保存订阅状态(是 / 否),用于判断是否显示 paywall。我们看不到您的支付信息。
- 如果您开始免费试用,我们会在设备本地安排一次试用即将到期的提醒通知。**该提醒完全在您的设备生成,没有任何数据离开手机。**
## 5. 通知
- **试用即将到期提醒**(开通免费试用后)—— 兑现我们"扣费前会提醒你"的承诺。
- **应用内 banner 提醒** —— 试用最后 24 小时打开 App 时在顶部显示,无需任何系统权限。
- 检测到新截图时通知您整理。
- 您可以随时在 iOS 系统设置中关闭通知。
## 6. 申请的权限
- **相册读写权限**:用于查看、整理照片,以及在相册之间移动照片。
- **通知权限**:可选,仅用于试用提醒和新截图提示。
## 7. 数据共享
- 我们不会向任何第三方分享或出售您的数据。
- 您的照片只保留在您的设备和您自己的 iCloud 账户中(由 Apple「照片」管理),绝不到我们的服务器。
## 8. 反馈通道
如果您通过「设置 → 意见反馈」提交反馈:
- 您的留言和可选截图通过 **Apple iCloud Public Database** 发送,不进我们的私有服务器。
- 我们不收集个人信息,提交内容与您的 Apple ID 无关联。
